The bathroom didn't even have toilet paper. The WiFi was out, the fridge wasn't working, and the aircon kept making a banging noise.

The rooms are smart, and the service is 100%. It's a good place.

Customer care was very poor. The TV and aircon seemed to be there just for show, since nothing works.
