The food was enjoyable, with plenty of options for people who need a specific diet, and the place was nice and quiet. Customer service was great too. I rated the room four stars because the bathroom door kept sticking and was hard to open.

The kitchen was excellent, with a good range of food and impeccable service. The staff were genuinely welcoming and friendly throughout our pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Bulawayo. Simba and Nomvuyo were especially helpful and made me feel at home. I'd happily return and warmly recommend the hotel as a base for anyone travelling in the area.

We found Holiday Inn Bulawayo peaceful and family-friendly, with the facilities we needed for a relaxing holiday. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the meals had a good variety. Staff were warm and professional from the moment we arrived, and service around the hotel stayed efficient and courteous. The location also made it easy to get around Bulawayo. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for comfort, good service, and a relaxing break. I'd definitely stay again.

The buffet breakfast was great, and our evening meal was superb, with lovely vegetarian options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms and facilities were excellent. It’s a modern, up-to-date hotel, so it doesn’t have a safari lodge feel, but it was a great choice for an overnight stay. I’d give it more than five stars if I could.
