The power went off a lot, mostly it was off, but the lodge had a generator. Wi-Fi was good. Margie was a warm and gracious host, and the place was quiet, comfortable, and refreshing, set away from Vic Falls traffic and noise. The rooms are simple, spotless, and comfortable, though the mattress felt a little old and wasn't the most comfortable. The grounds are well kept and have a nice pool. Breakfast was well done, with good protein and cereal. I highly recommend Mandebele Lodge.

Margie was so welcoming and helped us arrange everything, including whitewater rafting, a helicopter ride, and a sunset cruise. Each morning began with a delicious full English breakfast. Our room was cozy, very clean, and comfortable, with AC and a hot shower. I loved our two nights at Mandebele Lodge. Couldn't have asked for a better experience 😊

Maggie was a great host and sorted out our airport pickup, sunset cruises, and dinners. The pool was a welcome break from the heat. It's a simple but really nice and comfortable lodge, and we really enjoyed our short stay.

Margie was so friendly and helpful, and the garden out front was beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious. With a hot shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a generous English breakfast, everything we needed for a great time in Zimbabwe was right there.

The grounds were pretty, and it was quiet and safe. Breakfast was good, too. But there weren't any restaurants or stores nearby, and the place felt out of the way. You could feel the bed springs, the towels needed replacing, and the pool wasn't clean, with no water circulating.
