Bradley Gardens Lodge

I wouldn't recommend Bradley Gardens. My reservation had been confirmed, but later I was told it had been cancelled by someone else without my permission. They didn't verify it or contact me, and the explanation they gave was a lie. They gave the room away and said they were fully booked. I already had someone traveling from Harare who expected to stay there. The hotel never called to check, and there was no accountability or empathy. They said, “we didn’t know it was a separate booking,” but that doesn't excuse such poor reservation management. I was left scrambling at the last minute while someone was already on the road. This could have been avoided by following basic booking procedures. The staff were very rude, and the whole experience was completely unacceptable. A booking here may not mean your reservation is secure.

Everyone was so welcoming, and the team's patience and service really stood out. They were smart and friendly, which added to the lodge's atmosphere. I don't know if they're always trained to be smiling, but I really appreciated it. Thanks again for the hospitality ❤️

A nice setting, with good customer service and a delicious menu. Everything was cooked well.

Lebohang was incredibly kind and helpful at the lodge today, going out of her way for us. Her service made our stay much more enjoyable 👍
