Rooms are comfortable, with modern furnishings and reliable housekeeping. There are conference facilities, an outdoor pool, fitness facilities, and a restaurant serving local and international food. The hotel balances international standards with local hospitality and suits both meetings and leisure stays. Staff are professional and responsive, though service can be stretched at busy times. Wi-Fi can be inconsistent in some areas, and some rooms could use updated decor. Overall, it’s a dependable, comfortable option with useful amenities and a handy location in the capital.

I spent about two weeks here and had a wonderful stay. The hotel was an excellent base for my various duties, thanks to its central location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Holiday Inn if you’re in the Harare area. The hospitality was the best I’ve experienced. Everyone, from reception and shuttle drivers to custodians, servers, and chefs, was courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast had an impressive range: made to order eggs, fresh juices and smoothies, pastries, traditional breakfast dishes, local flavors, and savory options. There were enough choices to meet dietary needs, and the food was expertly prepared and served with great care for cleanliness and attentiveness. My room faced the main road, so it was a bit noisy at night. I managed with a white noise app while sleeping. The custodial staff were very helpful and brought two bottles of fresh bottled water each day. I also really appreciated how quickly the in room teapot heated water. The bathrooms are dated and could use some attention, though they were clean.

It was great! My son made the most of how cute he was, and we ate for free just because of him.

The location is marvelous and the staff are amazing. Renovations are underway, so choose your room carefully to avoid being disturbed by early morning noise. Otherwise, it’s an amazing hotel.
