The buffet breakfast was a real highlight, with a huge range of excellent food, perfectly poached eggs, and the best donuts in Zimbabwe. The location is good, though a little noisy, as you’d expect in a city. After a couple of small problems, management and staff went above and beyond to make things right, and they did a very good job. Thanks to everyone for the great work.

The rooms were sparkling clean, and the service was amazing. Maam Sarudzai, Ms Mutsa, and Ms Kimberly gave us a genuine IHG brand welcome, and their smiles made me feel at home. A special mention too for the door man on duty on 11 December. You guys are amazing!

Everything went smoothly, and the food was freshly made and delicious. It just didn’t have that extra wow in the flavour.

A really nice place in the CBD, with great food and service. It’s suitable for people using wheelchairs, and there’s safe parking.
