The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and local shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The place was absolutely brilliant and looked just like the pictures. Rooms were neat, clean, and pleasing to look at. The staff made us feel at home with warm smiles and polite manners, always ready to help, especially Vimbai and Peter. Airport transport both ways is included too.

The hotel can help with cash if you need it by letting you swipe your card, and the shuttle service was a bonus. It was an excellent stay overall, in a quiet neighborhood close to shops. Rooms are modern, with great WiFi and air conditioning. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and breakfast and dinner were excellent. There's a pool for hot days. Definitely recommend.

The only drawbacks were a chemical perfume smell in the room, which seemed to fade after we unplugged what we think was a scent device, and light coming through the frosted glass front door that made it hard to sleep. Breakfast could also use some vegetables. Otherwise we were very happy with the room and location. It was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and everything seemed new and worked well. The fridge was a good size and the shower worked properly. The location was great, between the national park and the social kitchen, our favorite restaurant. Wonderful service.

The pool and foyer are beautiful, and the clean rooms are exquisite 👌🏾. It's safe and close to a number of activity areas. I communicated with Vimbai before, during, and after the trip. She handled bookings and helped make sure I got the best experience. She's a great communicator, no doubt. Kuda and Peter were helpful with chauffeuring. The place was good, almost great if it had more amenities. They seemed short staffed, with limited staff members.
