The pork ribs were really good, a 10/10, and I’d come back for them, probably with the fried rice next time. The portions were generous and the service was on point. I wasn’t keen on the fries, though. They were dry and didn’t seem fresh, so those get a 3/10.

I spent a whole week enjoying the hospitality at Masawara, and the food and service were of a very high standard. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet retreat in Harare. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

When I left in the rain, the gate attendant quickly walked me to my ride with an umbrella. Reception were also great with their customer service. At the Skin Spa, Aisha did a wonderful job easing the knots in my muscles, and the massage was exactly what I needed. The facilities were clean, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Lindiwe made sure I had a restful stay, and Marcel the manager handled my booking efficiently and saw to my needs. The whole team was attentive and so hospitable that the place felt like a home away from home. I’m glad I got the chance to stay at Masawara Urban Retreat. The care and attention to detail were unmatched, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming stay.

We got such a lovely honeymoon treat, thanks to Marcel the manager, who was 10/10. Chipo & Primrose were so accommodating, and they have really skilled, blessed hands. Highly recommended.
