The hotel is good, though I found the location a little disappointing.

It was okay, and the staff were nice and friendly. My A/C was broken; they gave fixing it a try, then literally gave up. It was winter, so I didn’t need it, but still. I stayed longer than I meant to. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly the entire time except for one brief hiccup, which they sorted out right away.

We were delighted by the lovely rooms, very friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, and the restaurant food. A wonderful hotel right in the heart of the city. We’ll be back.

The restaurant needs to get orders out faster. Apart from that, everything was fantastic. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere feels really nice as soon as you walk in. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, especially the bar lady who served me. They made me feel welcome. Kudos.
