The Gray Aparthotel

We spent a lovely week at the Gray Apartments. Nyasha, Priscilla and Lorraine were kind and ready to help, including with food and transport reservations and other needs. Housekeeping tidied up when needed, and the security team helped us feel safe on the premises. The clean, modern accommodations had a relaxing feel. There’s no restaurant on-site, but the catered meals arrived on time, were well prepared, and offered a variety of foods. Thanks to Nyasha and the team for a phenomenal stay.

We’ve made frequent trips and struggled to find a place that felt worth the money, but The Gray in Avondale finally feels like the gem we’d been looking for. The security team welcomed us warmly with a salute when we arrived. It’s only a few quiet minutes from the hustle and bustle of Harare central, so you get peace, style, and attentive service without being far from the city. For a home away from home that doesn’t break the bank, the quality and value really stood out. We’ll be back soon.

It was easy to unwind here after a busy day, and the location was convenient. Gray Apartment felt like home from the moment I arrived, warm and comfortable, with stylish decor and everything I needed. The space was clean and beautifully kept. I enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. A nice choice if you want a homely feel.

We had an enjoyable stay in Harare at The Gray Luxury Apartments. The rooms matched what was advertised, and the service was excellent. The breakfast ladies and security guards deserve a special mention. Groceries and restaurants are also close enough to walk to.
