Thanks so much for a wonderful stay at the lodge. Work trips can sound exciting but rarely feel that way. Staying here made mine feel less like work and more like coming home. Everyone on staff was wonderful, and their kindness, attention to detail, and incredible food made all the difference. I'm already looking forward to my next work trip to Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 very soon.

The garden gives Ballantynes Lodge such a peaceful, blissful feel. Service was unmatched, with fantastic communication from start to finish. Housekeeping was thorough and always on time, and the meals were excellent throughout our stay. A truly great place to stay. I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone after peaceful, well-run accommodation.

The food was amazing, and we'll make this our home away from home when we travel to Harare. It's a stunning guesthouse, definitely the best. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms, dining area, and sitting areas are beautiful. The bathrooms show real attention to detail. There's a coffee station in the room, plus aircon or a fan. Some rooms also have an outside patio.

The en suite bedroom is luxurious, and its patio opens onto a peaceful garden and an immaculate pool. I always appreciate small hotels that provide gym facilities for guests. Breakfast and supper were superb. Friday night's beef and beetroot burger might be the best burger I've ever had.
