I loved how they welcomed us with a smile and cold lemonade. The rooms felt luxurious, with plenty of space and everything clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Breakfast had lots of fruit and eggs made to order. Each evening they put the mosquito nets around the beds, then came in the morning to freshen the room and tie them back. It gave the stay a bit of a Zimbabwe feel, though we hardly saw any bugs, so the nets needn't put you off. I'd happily recommend it! 😊

The rooftop sunset was dreamy, and the pool was lovely too. I only had to think about ordering a glass of wine before someone came over to take my order. My room was beautiful and spotless, with cold water replenished in the fridge every day. They also provided mosquito spray and had nets around the beds. There was even a gift shop selling goods from local vendors. We were welcomed by Ms. Saundra, who showed our group the amenities and made us feel at home. That level of thoughtful service continued throughout my stay. Meals were cooked to order on site, and Chef Fire and the team made everything with such care. The food was amazing. I spent 14 days in this part of the world and stayed in five hotels; Zambezi Guesthouse was the best of them. I loved my time there and will book again when I return.

The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, and the kitchens were open and absolutely clean too. Breakfast is freshly made to order when you arrive in the dining room. Dinner was cooked fresh and was good, and staff can arrange pizza or curry delivery. It's a little outside Victoria Falls, though I doubt many visitors would want to walk around town anyway. Service was friendly and attentive without being pushy, and there seemed to be about as many staff as guests. The only drawback was mosquitoes in the evenings, which isn't really the hotel's fault. You won't be disappointed if you book.

Such a beautiful resort, and the staff were lovely, always smiling and ready to help. The food was great too. Breakfast had something different each day, and dinner here one night was delicious. I only wish we'd had more time.

The grounds were peaceful, beautifully kept, and felt like a secluded little oasis. Everything was spotless, from my room to the shared spaces. Meals were another highlight, fresh, tasty, nicely presented, and with plenty of variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. From the minute I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel like a valued guest. I can't say enough good things about the place. It brought together luxury, charm, and truly wonderful service.
