We've already stayed here twice and are flying back in June. The sea is only 50 meters away, the rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are decent. There are kitchens on the 1st and 3rd floors with everything needed for cooking, and breakfast is a great value. Everything is great. Thank you, Beslan!

The room was spotless, with new furnishings, useful utensils, a good mattress, fresh linens, working plumbing and hot water. Even the internet signal was excellent, which surprised us for Abkhazia. There are two kitchens with everything needed to prepare your own food. The beach takes a relaxed 2-3 minute walk, and when the waves come in, you can hear them from the hotel. The minibus terminus from the border is close, while restaurants and shops are also within easy reach, with reasonable prices and tasty food. The owner was very friendly, answered all our questions, and was always ready to help. We'll definitely return, more than once :)

From June 3rd to 16th, 2023, my family and I had a very memorable vacation here. We spent nearly every evening on the balcony because the room had such a beautiful sea view, and the beach was within walking distance. It was also our first extended hotel stay in Abkhazia. The kitchen and lounge are on the ground floor, and a barbecue area was being prepared upstairs. The staff were kind and ready to offer advice or help whenever needed. We enjoyed the untouched nature and made new friends. Thank you to Beslan and Svetlana, we'd be glad to come back.

We stayed from June 18 to July 5, 2023, and this guest house suited us well for a quiet family break. The owner was decent, and the room was cozy with a lovely view. Shops, canteens, and a simple children's playground are all nearby, so everything is within walking distance. Our time in Abkhazia left us with unforgettable impressions, from the nature and delicious food to the friendly attitude of the Abkhaz brothers. Thanks to Beslan and Svetlana for their hospitality!
