The check-in was a complete mess. Even after doing it online, we were sent to another office serving several “3000” properties, where one employee was handling long queues. The apartment itself felt like a place where no money had been put back into upkeep. The beds were a major problem. The frames squeaked loudly with every small movement, the bunk beds made a high-pitched noise all night, and the pillows and cushions looked dirty and worn out. We also appeared to get bed bug bites. I strongly advise against opening the inner cushions because what was inside was genuinely unpleasant. Cleaning was poor, with dirt visible beneath furniture that seemed not to have moved in ages. There was no soundproofing, so street noise continued into the early morning. The apartment was hot at night but cold when we tried to dry ski clothes, with no temperature controls. Other maintenance problems included a toilet cistern pulling away from the wall, a centrally fixed shower spraying the wrong way, and an oversized shower curtain that was easy to trip over. The apartment supposedly sleeps four, but the TV was smaller than an iPad and had a huge scratch. They also held back a €150 damage deposit, which seemed excessive for the condition of the contents. Wi-Fi still costs extra in 2026, and you apparently need Wi-Fi to purchase Wi-Fi. To recover the deposit, guests must sweep, strip the beds, remove the rubbish, and switch off the heating without being told how. Apart from all that, everything was great. Be very cautious with anything carrying “3000” in its name.

Check every charge carefully because the real cost is different from the advertised price. The apartment can cost up to three times more, parking is charged separately, and a substantial guarantee is added.

I stayed from Sunday to Thursday and arrived at 7:00 PM, but the apartment was still being cleaned because they apparently hadn't had time earlier. The person checking me in gave me Wi-Fi for the stay, even though it normally costs money each day, as compensation. The cleaning was still awful. I found a plastic bottle, some foul-smelling sausage, an alcohol bottle, and hair, despite being bald. I could have arrived later and expected the place to be cleaner. For me, this is a place to forget, and I don't think I'd stay there again in Jaca if it meant finding the same filth.

The location is convenient, with the different places in Pas de la Casa within easy walking distance. Unfortunately, almost everything else felt like a way to charge more money. Wi-Fi costs 5 euros a day, works badly, and forced us to buy an Andorra Telecom SIM card so we could work remotely. The apartment was dirty on arrival, despite a rule threatening a 75 euro cleaning charge if guests don't leave it "clean." The building and its parking, which costs €15 per day, are both badly run down. After we broke one plate, a very rude receptionist with poor communication threatened to keep the €150 deposit. Service was careless in general. They also offer a 7% discount on a future booking for a 5-star review, which feels like buying reviews. We won't return, discount or not.

The service was very poor. We had no towels for more than 24 hours, apparently because the laundry has recurring problems. The sofa was completely sagging and its springs were coming loose, so four of us slept in a bunk bed. The blankets looked dirty and I doubt they are washed between guests. Guests must clean the apartment despite a €150 deposit, but the cleaning kit provided is tiny. Wi-Fi wasn't available to purchase either. I wouldn't recommend this place.
