Hotel Magic Ski was in the BEST possible spot for our snowboarding trip, just a stones throw from the Gondola, so starting and ending the day was effortless. We stayed 5 nights in February 2026, our first time in the area. The rooms were clean, cosy, super warm, and comfortable, which also helped with drying gear. Reception staff were always friendly and keen to answer questions. The bar was a nice place to unwind, and there are more bars a few minutes away. We tried the spa once. It was pleasant but basic, and its value for money is debatable. As vegans, we found breakfast options fairly poor unless salad and bread every day sounds acceptable. We bought agave syrup, alpro yoghurt and peanut butter from the shop to bring along, which added variety and much needed protein. Alternative milks were available, which was good, but the hotel really needs a protein based vegan breakfast option. We skipped dinner because the choices seemed limited. We'd still stay here again.

Magic Sky is right beside the cable car in the middle of the village, so the location is excellent. The restaurant girls and lads were always there for us, and the rest of the staff were very helpful. Maria & Paula at reception gave us lots of information and helped plan the trip. Thank you Magic Sky. We'll be back.

There was nothing wrong with our stay, but what stood out most was the team. Every staff member we met was genuinely pleasant, helpful, and efficient. We were greeted with lovely smiles and friendly interactions throughout. They're a credit to your team and management.

A very convenient base for skiers, close to the gondola, bus stop, and supermarket. The ski room was convenient, the rooms were spacious, and the food was very good. Friendly, helpful staff, a pleasant Spa, and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The gondolas were right next to the hotel, making the location incredibly easy for our holiday. Facu and the rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was a really fabulous stay, and I couldn't ask for more. 😀
