Exe Prisma Hotel

The location couldn't be more convenient for a day of shopping, and the slopes are only about a 15 min drive away. The hotel itself has real personality and is a very enjoyable place to stay. Most of all, the staff were AMAZING. A really great hotel.

The family room was spacious and the location was the only other positive. We booked two weekend nights for my wife, me, and our two children, and because the room was so expensive, we expected the service to match. Instead, there was no shower cap, nail file, ear plugs, hotel slippers, or vanity set. They didn't even offer a bottle of water. It was a very ugly experience, and I don't recommend this hotel.

Check-in was straightforward, and the helpful staff explained everything. The problem was parking. They said the hotel was full, although it didn't look very busy, and they didn't try to find a space even though we were staying for more than one night. I didn't understand the reasoning, so I paid for an outdoor parking lot instead.

The rooms were spacious and pleasant, with everything we needed and a comfortable bed. The restaurant staff were also very nice, and breakfast was excellent. The receptionist who checked us in gave outstanding service and was always eager to help. I had read that the car park spaces were small, but that wasn't my experience at all, and I had no problems. We will come back.
