The pool was a real highlight, especially the view of the Burj Khalifa. My studio at Damac Vera, booked with White Sage Holiday Homes, was clean, well kept, and nicely organized. The location was convenient, and the service from White Sage stayed smooth and professional throughout. A comfortable, relaxing place to stay in Dubai, and one I’d recommend.
I lived here for two years and had a great experience. Security and the other staff were friendly, professional, and made things easy. Thanks for all the effort. One thing for Airbnb tenants: please be considerate of your neighbors while on vacation, and kind to the staff, who are just doing their jobs.
We arrived to a room that had not been cleaned, with visible hygiene problems in both the room and bathroom. I reported it right away at check-in and took photos. The property offered to clean it after we had arrived, which confirmed it had been handed over in that condition. We refused that fix because of the hygiene issues and asked for a full refund, but the property declined. Very disappointing. Basic cleanliness standards were missed.
Ali deserves a special thank you. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with what I needed. I also liked the quiet atmosphere and convenient location for exploring the city. I had a wonderful visit and would stay here again and recommend it.
Awful. It’s rubbish, and they don’t tell you the pool is closed.
