Mae was especially kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Her professionalism made us feel valued and added a lot to our stay. Aloft by Marriott was clean, modern and comfortable, with good facilities and a welcoming feel. We had a wonderful visit, and I’d happily recommend it and stay again. 😊🏨✨

Breakfast was a peaceful start to the day. Kristine and Sanly welcomed us warmly and helped throughout, and the person at the egg station was friendly and accommodating too, though I didn’t catch his name. The team also responded quickly whenever we called room service with a request. We were given interconnecting rooms, which made things much more comfortable for our family. The sea view was lovely, with Burj Al Arab and even Burj Khalifa visible in the distance. There’s a nice pool, and the beach is about a two-minute walk away. Finding the main lobby on arrival was a little tricky since it’s at the back, away from the road, and a parked car partly blocked the Aloft sign. Once we checked in, though, that was soon forgotten: the process was fast and easy. We had a really relaxing family stay.

We went to East and Seaboard for Iftar as a family on 8th March 2026, and the food and service were great. Kunal the Chef made excellent dishes with an authentic taste across the different cuisines. Chaw and Kunal made sure the kids’ requests were taken care of, even when the items weren’t on the buffet, while Pavithran and the rest of the team served with smiles. Aki handled our reservation and even came to see us on her day off. Aire was also very helpful answering our questions during the booking. From reservation and seating through to the meal, everything went well. We’ll return for the food, friendly service, location and atmosphere.

The team made our stay at Aloft Palm Jumeirah really enjoyable. Even during one of the hotel’s busiest periods, requests were handled promptly and professionally. They arranged early check-in and late check-out, and quickly brought extra pillows, toiletries, vanity items and an ice bucket. Everyone was friendly and eager to help, with service and attention to detail that deserve 10/10. Our spacious room, private beach access and location on the Palm were highlights. Breakfast had a decent selection, though the hospitality was what stood out most. Thanks for a lovely stay. We’ll be back!
