The location is the main draw here: next to the metro, beach, and mall, with everything you need within walking distance. It’s an amazing Emaar Building. I always have some stock for sale there. There’s a hot deal now: a vacant 2 Br apartment for 1.750.000 AED. Message me for more details +971 55 66 21 503.

The location was very good, right in the center, with lots of shops nearby and the marina beach about eight minutes away. I stayed with my family at Al Majara tower 1. On arrival, I wasn't impressed with the apartment or the Rep. There wasn't room to store luggage for three adults, and it was my first time in Dubai, so I had no idea where the shopping mall was when the Rep asked me to store our bags there. It also seemed to mean we'd have to spend money on a taxi. That's why I'm taking off one star.
