Barceló Business Bay, Dubai Hotel

The pool was a highlight for our toddler, who had a fantastic time, and the facilities and atmosphere were relaxing and family-friendly. We stayed as a family during the Eid holiday at this Business Bay hotel, and the one-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. Everything felt tidy and comfortable. We had a lovely stay, would happily return, and highly recommend it for families visiting Dubai.

Darlene and Emerald made my stay especially memorable. They were warm, attentive, professional, and quick to help with requests, and I really felt they cared about guests. The rest of the staff were courteous too, and the service surpassed what I expected. The room was roomy, spotless, and comfortable, with good amenities and a relaxing feel. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the location gave me easy access to Dubai attractions and business areas. I’d happily return and recommend Barceló Residences Dubai Business Bay for either work or a leisure trip.

Mr. Jamal, the Front Office Manager, left a great impression with his kind, professional manner and genuine hospitality. His attention to guests reflects the hotel’s high standards. The property is beautiful, cozy, and well cared for. My room was comfortable, and the service throughout my visit was outstanding. I had a wonderful stay.

Jennifer and Darlyenee at the front desk were helpful and respectful, and made both check-in and check-out pleasant.
