This tower was really bad. We asked for a refund, but they still disagreed because of some stupid policy. We’d seen the place online, then found the room wasn’t like the listing when we arrived. It was rusty and dirty. Don’t come here, it’s a waste of money and feels haram.

The worst issue is the leaking from the flats above. For all 7 months I’ve lived here, water has literally rained into my bedroom, living room and bathrooms. Nothing has been fixed, so I have bottles all over the apartment to catch it. The AC doesn’t work either. Even after running it for 10 hours, the room stays at 27, and we’re dying in the heat. There are 4 elevators, but only 2 have worked since I moved in. It can take 10-15 min for one to arrive when going out or coming back. The other two are still under maintenance. The pool has also been closed for construction since I moved in. Building management, SAGA international, keeps saying it’ll open next month, and now it’s July and still closed. Whenever I bring up the elevators or AC, SAGA international has no answers. It’s a useless company and very bad building management. Don’t live in a tower they manage.

The traffic has dropped to zero since the road leading to Sheik Zayed Road opened. Reception staff are always helpful, and the ground level has a Choithrams supermarket, currency exchange, florist and tailor. We moved in a few months ago. There are separate gyms for men and women, with a sauna and steam room, as well as a big tennis court and pool.

Reception staff are great, always ready to help with issues and quick to follow up. The location is great, although there’s sometimes traffic. Nothing’s perfect, but for the price, location and amenities, it’s a bargain.
