From the living room on the 27th floor, the view is spectacular and worth everything. It’s a great 4-bedroom apartment with separate dining and drawing rooms. The location near Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountain, and Dubai Mall makes it worth every penny.

I booked Apartment 101 in Residence Tower 9 directly from the DURRANI official website, not Booking or Airbnb. It’s a very bad apartment and service, with dirt and an unclean bathroom. There’s a bad smell from the master bedroom, which made the last four nights really uncomfortable. Nobody answers when I call customer service after they’ve taken the money, and no one has fixed the problem. As of 8 April 2025, I’m still suffering in Apartment 101. This was my first time booking in this tower.

Awista gave us very nice hospitality during our perfect Dubai vacation. The tower is a great place to stay, right on the Boulevard, with lovely views of Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain. Highly recommend it.

The reception staff were so thoughtful and helpful as I made my way to an interview. I appreciated it.
