The warm welcome at Citimax Hotel stayed with me, and the team’s genuine care made the visit memorable. I’d be happy to stay again. Mr. Khasif deserves special thanks. His kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression, and the way he leads seems to show in the team’s service and attitude. He’s truly the best manager for this hotel. When the AC in my room caused a problem, Nhamo quickly and professionally helped me move to another room. He made sure I was comfortable, and what could have been frustrating turned into a smooth experience that made me much happier. Muneeb was attentive throughout, helped with every request, and regularly checked that everything was okay. That care made me feel well looked after.

For the price, my stay at Citymax Hotel Al Barsha near La Rose was more comfortable and convenient than I expected. Check-in was smooth, the staff were attentive with requests, and room service was reliably prompt. The room was tidy, well arranged, and suited to relaxing or a short visit. The lively but manageable neighborhood had essentials, dining, and transport close by, making it a useful base for work or leisure. The compact gym surprised me. It looked small at first, but had enough equipment variety for a solid workout without feeling restrictive. A couple of things could improve the value: complimentary dental kits or grooming items would be useful, and breakfast could be included or offered at a more reasonable price. Even with those suggestions, I found the comfort, service, location, and price made it a satisfying choice in Al Barsha.

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this one is the place I’d pick every time. Check-in and checkout were smooth and organized, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. MUNEEB and KASHIF especially made the stay nicer with their kindness, friendly professionalism, quick help, and attention to detail. I’d highly recommend it for a relaxing, high quality stay in Dubai.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Citymax Hotel Al Barsha. The AC in my room barely cools, and there’s hardly any airflow from the vent. The technician came very late, and even after the visit the problem remained. When I complained, I was told the temperature setting is the same throughout the hotel, but that doesn’t explain the lack of airflow. I had to call reception eight times before anyone answered. The way they handled this felt highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect a comfortable stay and prompt service, so please fix the issue immediately or arrange a room change as soon as possible.
