We stayed last week in these nice apartments inside Souk Al Bahar. They’re well maintained, and I liked having new TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and Apple TV, which made the place feel up to date. The location is great too, with all the stores, shops, and F&B just one floor below the apartment.

The rooms are nice and big, but they need renovation. They also need to think through what guests need for a comfortable stay. There was no salt in the kitchen.

The apartment doesn’t exist! I spent the whole day trying to find it, then had to rent another, much more expensive hotel. Please be careful. I tried calling them hundreds of times and got no answer!

This apartment wasn’t what we expected. There were ants on the bed, or possibly even bed bugs. The pillows were stained and smelled bad, and the AC vents were noisy, as if a screw was loose. We couldn’t sleep all night. The balcony door lock was broken, and one bedroom had a spider web. There was also a sewage smell in the elevators and parking lots. I’m very disappointed with this apartment!

Our booking was cancelled by the property just a few hours before check-in, despite being made three months in advance. They said the property was closed. This was a nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs and book Elite apartments instead.
