We eventually got our deposit back, but only after arguing over their claim that the towels were “dirty.” Of course towels get dirty when people use them. Are they not washed after each guest? We keep things very clean and left the apartment spotless, with the bathroom clean, rubbish gathered, and kitchen tidy. On top of that, three of us had just one access card, and there was no cleaning, fresh towels, or clean bed linen. Frustrating, and definitely not recommended.

Azar made sure we were comfortable and helped us with everything, with great communication throughout. We loved our apartment overlooking the fountain, and had a great stay at Durrani homes in Dubai. I'd definitely visit again.

They took an AED 2,000 deposit and, nearly a month after checkout, still hadn't returned it. I kept getting delays and excuses without a clear explanation. That was the worst part of a very disappointing stay with Dorani Homes at Kempinski Central Avenue (Dubai Mall). There was just one access card for the apartment, which was inconvenient, especially in a serviced apartment inside a five-star hotel. No cleaning service or follow-up, and staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, with poor communication and no apparent concern for guest comfort. Compared with other companies in the same hotel, their service and professionalism were far behind. I can't recommend Dorani Homes. Other companies at the same location offer much better service and respect for customers.

Four nights at Durrani Homes, Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue, were among the worst of my travels. It's a furnished apartment in the same building as the Kempinski Hotel, but don't assume the hotel has anything to do with it. You feel like a complete stranger there. There was no room cleaning, fresh towels, or room service, and our whole family got just one key. While my family was shopping and I was at an exhibition, I had to figure out how to get back into the apartment each time. They'd promise things but not follow through. There's no office in the building, only WhatsApp for communication, and calls went unanswered. For a place sold as luxury, this was stressful and completely unprofessional. I really don't recommend staying here. I wouldn't want anyone to have the same bad experience. If I could rate it below one star, I would.
