EDEN'S Homes & Villas - Anantara Palm Residences

As Indian vegetarians, we found the vegetarian choices limited at first, but the team went out of their way to arrange special dishes for us. That personal attention made us feel they really cared about our satisfaction. This was our second visit to Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, and the hospitality, comfort, beautiful atmosphere, excellent facilities, and relaxing feel have us looking forward to many more stays. The support staff were warm, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their dedication and professionalism added a personal touch. Thanks to the whole team for another unforgettable stay. Excellent hospitality and guest care. We’re already planning to come back.

Here’s a suggestion for a natural, heartfelt five-star Google review: We had a memorable staycation, with warm, professional, attentive service from housekeeping and the staff at every restaurant and outlet. A special thank you to the Namjai Membership Support Team for their wonderful help and hospitality. We’re already looking forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommended! Or, a slightly more heartfelt version: We enjoyed every moment of our amazing staycation. Everyone, from housekeeping to the restaurant teams, went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Thanks especially to the Namjai Membership Support Team for their kindness and excellent support. It was a truly memorable holiday, and we’ll definitely be back in the near future. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Dinner at Crescendo was good, but breakfast was the highlight, with an impressive variety of beautifully prepared food and drinks, from hearty favorites to refreshing beverages. There was something for everyone. We came to Anantara for a relaxing birthday getaway and left with full tummies, full hearts, and wonderful memories. The warmth and attentiveness of everyone we met, from reception to the restaurant staff, made us feel welcome. They handled every request and concern with care and professionalism. A special thank you to Mr. Stephen for going above and beyond to help us find our lost luggage, Ms. Jane from Crescendo for making dinner extra special, Mr. Ibrahim at Reception for kindly extending our stay, and Mr. Amro for arranging a wonderful room. Their service made our celebration even more memorable. Thanks, Anantara. We look forward to coming back. ❤️

The food was delicious, full of authentic flavors, and beautifully presented. Soe Nay, Thazin, and Maricel were wonderfully hospitable, and their menu recommendations were spot on. They went above and beyond for my son Om’s birthday, making sure everything was perfect. We really appreciated their warmth, attention, and service. Thanks for helping us make such great memories. We’ll definitely be back, and highly recommend this restaurant for great food and service.
