Shak and Nikita at reception made check-in smooth, efficient, and welcoming. Julius also deserves recognition for helping with my access and providing great assistance throughout the stay. He showed leadership, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. My experience at Canopy Hotel was excellent, with outstanding service from the moment I arrived. The team made the stay truly enjoyable, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for great service and a memorable experience.

The pillows in our room smelled unpleasant and didn’t seem fresh when we arrived, almost as if they’d been used before. We asked for replacements, and the staff brought new ones promptly. The rest of the stay was peaceful and relaxing, a great staycation in Al Seef. The hotel is close enough to walk to Old Dubai, the creek, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast had a delicious range of choices, and the pool was enjoyable, even though it doesn’t directly face the creek. For the location, facilities, and overall quality, it’s excellent value for money.

Shital was so warm and friendly, and helped us with a special cake. She really made us feel special. Akhil was kind too, taking lovely photos and videos of us, and we were so happy with them. It’s not often staff go this extra mile. The Iftar buffet was excellent, with beautifully arranged dishes and an impressive variety. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared, and the team served us very well. It made for a lovely evening, and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommended 🤍✨

We were sad to leave after just one night, and would have extended our stay if we hadn’t had work the next day. My friends and I had a really enjoyable quick staycation at Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef. Mr. Avi at reception was especially warm, friendly, and accommodating, and made check-in feel easy and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. We booked four rooms, but a twin bed wasn’t available in one as requested, so the team quickly brought us an extra bed. The view from the room wasn’t the best, though it didn’t affect the stay much. Breakfast and dinner had somewhat limited choices, but everything we tried was delicious and well prepared. Being right by Al Seef along Dubai Creek was a highlight. After dinner we walked, then hired a boat for a two hour cruise toward Dubai Festival City and back. It was a memorable night. We’d definitely consider coming again, and recommend it for a relaxing getaway with friends.
