The kitchen barely had any basic items, not even a simple cooking knife. The entire apartment smelled of chemicals and damp, and the furniture was old and smelly. Management was very poor, practically nonexistent. When I raised the problems, they said the property had been nearly painted, though I saw no signs of that. I’d stay away from this property and company.

The apartments are very spacious, and the location is great, within walking distance of supermarkets, a pharmacy, and Dubai mall. The host responded quickly when we asked for things. But several things didn’t work well: the bathroom sinks or shower drained poorly, the toilet flush button was loose and water kept running unless pressed again, and the fridge wouldn’t keep food cold, so we used the freezer side like a fridge. There also weren’t enough charging ports unless we unplugged the lamps.

I’ve lived in this building for over three years, and the apartment layouts leave a lot to be desired, especially the cramped bedrooms. The finishes are below par, and it seems Emaar has let its construction quality slip. The entrance looks luxurious, but the rest of the building doesn’t meet that same standard. I can’t recommend buying a unit here. The apartment layouts and overall construction need more attention. With improvements, the building could reach its potential and offer residents a better place to live.

The place was clean and fully furnished, but the agent who arranged our stay through Westminster Holiday Homes Rental LLC was not accommodating. It took 23 days for them to return my security deposit, and the accounts team was no help. They initially tried to claim the deposit and insisted we hadn’t followed the hotel rules, even though the agent checked everything before we left. I’ll never book with them again.
