Hotel Taj Dubai

The Taj team made this a memorable stay, and the in-room service was excellent. The hotel was spotless, with beautiful artwork throughout, and the shaded pool is great even in summer. Breakfast is easily the best I’ve had at a UAE five-star hotel. Every dish was excellent, and barista-made coffee is included.

I’ve just checked out after booking five days from NY, and the service was amazing. Everyone at the entrance, front desk, and room services was great. Marie at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, assisting us with everything from check-in to room services. Sahil from the transport team was friendly and guided us whenever we wanted to explore. He arranged good cars at cost-effective prices, which we used every day until the end of our stay. Amazing people, definitely worth visiting!

The Executive Lounge was a highlight. We loved the high tea and cocktail hour, and the whole lounge team looked after us well. I didn’t get everyone’s names, but their service made it special for our family. The pool team were attentive, friendly, and accommodating too, even though I can’t recall their names. Wapang served us several times and was consistently excellent. We really connected with him, and his thoughtful note and gift touched us. He went above and beyond and deserves recognition for his care and hospitality. At check-in, Saif Khan, the Front Desk Manager, was welcoming and accommodating. He was personable and did so much to make the stay memorable for my family. This was my second time at Taj Dubai, and it was fantastic again: great Downtown Dubai location, excellent service, and one of the best-value options in the area. Thanks to all the employees, especially Saif Khan and Wapang. We’ll definitely stay again.

Mansi at reception really stood out this time. She took great care of us and went above and beyond to make everything right. The service was great on both visits, but this stay felt complete, and I can definitely recommend the hotel. On our previous stay, it was very hard to reach the hotel before arrival and during the visit. This time communication improved: whenever we got in touch, we received a timely reply, which made things much smoother and more comfortable.
