Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga Hotel

We found the whole place impressively clean and well looked after, with a warm, relaxing feel after a long day. Breakfast had plenty of options, and both the gym and pool were great, whether you wanted to exercise or just unwind. We had a wonderful stay and would come back and recommend Hyatt Place to others.

Salah at reception deserves a special mention. He was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, taking care of things smoothly and making us feel welcome. We spent 2 nights at Hyatt Place over the Eid holiday, and the room was clean and comfortable for a short break. The whole team did a great job. We’d happily return, and I’d recommend asking for Salah at check-in.

Angel was so patient while helping us book and change the booking several times. She was quick, attentive, offered us more options, and did an excellent job. The room and service were really satisfying, and the next morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had lots of choices. We also had enough time to use the pool, though it felt a bit small for such a big hotel and I hope they add another one. At check-in the reception was very hot, maybe because the AC wasn’t working, and we waited a while to get into the room. The pool was full of guests, which was beyond the hotel’s control. When we went for buffet dinner, it was almost empty, but they made up for it by serving pizza. For the other inconvenience, the front desk gave us a 24-hour stay at the hotel, which was great. The Hyatt Place in Rigga was amazing for me and my friends.

The management were especially kind when my wife fell ill. They reacted right away and called an ambulance, which I really appreciated. I spent three days at Hyatt Place Al Rigga Hotel and have nothing but praise for the service. The rooms were very comfortable, with modern showers, and breakfast had plenty of choices for everyone. It’s in an excellent location, surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, and lively streets.
