On the day of our staff farewell party, after all the planning, transport, and coordination, we were suddenly told there was no booking in the system. We had booked two 2BHK apartment units through your agent and paid the full amount upfront into your company account, trusting that the company was legitimate and professional. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It caused stress, embarrassment, and inconvenience, and ruined an important event for our staff. We expected basic professionalism, but were treated as if our reservation and money meant nothing. What happened to our payment? This points to a serious failure in management, communication, and customer service. Customers should not have to suffer because of your negligence and incompetence. We lost time, effort, and money and experienced extreme stress because of this mistake. Imagine arriving for an important event after paying in full, only to be told there is no reservation. That is unacceptable by any standard. We demand an immediate full refund. If this is not resolved properly, we will keep sharing our experience publicly so others know how unreliable and poorly managed the service is. No customer should be treated this way.

MAE and DIVYA at the front desk were courteous, attentive, and extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality and positive attitude made everything smooth and pleasant, and showed real dedication to guest satisfaction. Their professionalism reflects well on the hotel’s high standards. The pool is nice, and there’s a gym at the hotel too. It seems good for families and people looking to relax. After my flight was delayed, I was already stressed, but the staff greeted me with smiles and made the place feel like home. The hotel is right in the heart of Al Barsha, and there’s a good variety of breakfast to choose from. I’m so happy and would come here again. Thanks to all the staff.
