Ivory Grand Hotel Apartments

We stayed for 7 nights, though it felt like 7 seconds because it was so lovely. The rooms are huge, and the staff are responsive, respectful, and nice. Customer service was perfect. The Wi-Fi was annoying, though. I don't know why there's only one access per device, and it keeps asking for authentication and passwords, which was inconvenient. It would be great if IT could change that. Definitely coming back.

Even after I paid the full rent, my concerns kept getting ignored and I got no proper assistance. The management made things worse: the new manager, Mr. Peter, speaks to tenants extremely unprofessionally and doesn't handle problems responsibly. I rented the place on a one year contract based on the promise of a fully furnished apartment. Several things didn't work, including the refrigerator and basic bathroom fittings. This place doesn't deliver what it promises. It wasn't worth the money or stress, and I'd strongly advise others against signing a long term agreement here.

The third time my fridge stopped working, all my items spoiled, and there was nobody to help. They brought a fridge full of cockroaches. I also got no support for the internet problem, not even an IT person. Management offered no help despite charging an all inclusive price. Staff provide no support at all. They take the money in one payment, leaving you with no options. I think all the good reviews are from their own staff. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Friendly staff, very nice service, and clean rooms. Highly recommended for families.
