Jumeirah Burj Al Arab Dubai

The suite was mind blowing, and I wish we’d had more than one night there. Everything felt perfect, and the anniversary touches were lovely: a cake, which was delicious, and rose petals. The butler service over Whatsapp was very helpful. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam room, and being able to order food on my phone at the pool was great. The complimentary canapes and wine during happy hour were nice too. A few things could be better. It would be great if the non-alcoholic drinks in the mini bar were complimentary, and if we could have requested an extra wine during happy hour. I also couldn’t find a bathroom night light. We appreciated the complimentary abra tour for guests and the buggy rides around the Jumeriah properties.

The hotel is stunning, and seeing the executive suite was a highlight. It felt like a palace, with beautiful decor and atmosphere. I visited BurjAlArab on a day tour, and the buggy pickup and drop-off, refreshments, and hotel tour were all excellent and worth the price. A memorable experience.

I’ve visited Burj al Arab many times, but this time I brought my mom and daughter, and they both loved it. As soon as the car door opened, we were greeted with wonderful service. Achol deserves a big thank you: he was a real gentleman, paid such kind attention to my child, and gave her a teddy bear 🧸. That put her in a great mood. This tall, two-meter man has a big heart and does his job so well. We were also impressed by the service at Sal, especially Diyorbek’s attentiveness and easy small talk. He noticed even the little details. The restaurant made us a complimentary dessert, which was such a sweet gesture. Thanks to the whole team for a lovely experience.

The beach and infinity pool were lovely places to relax, and the spa helped us unwind after exploring Dubai. We also enjoyed meals at a couple of the hotel restaurants, with breakfast standing out for its huge range of choices. Our suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and looked out over the Arabian Gulf. Waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable. Staff were welcoming from the start, and whenever we needed something, they responded quickly and kindly. Personal touches in the room and thoughtful check-ins made the stay feel special without the service becoming too much. It’s expensive, but Burj Al Arab delivers the luxury it promises. For a memorable Dubai stay, I think it’s worth it.
