Ahmed and Bashar made us feel welcome, and the staff were helpful throughout. The hotel was comfortable in every detail, clean, and the food was delicious. It was a wonderful stay and one I'd gladly repeat. Wishing the team continued success.

Great value overall, and the location is perfect. Bashar was really helpful with his guidance, as was a security guard whose name I never got. Breakfast, though, honestly sucked.

Syde made the in-room dining experience smooth and enjoyable, with a friendly, professional manner and great attention to detail. The food itself arrived promptly, looked good, tasted excellent, and was fresh and perfectly prepared. Special thanks to Syde for such attentive service.

The way guests were treated left me disappointed. If you're staying in the apartments in the same building rather than the hotel, valet parking costs AED 300. I learned this only when collecting the car. At drop-off, I was simply told to get the ticket stamped at reception, with no warning that apartment guests don't get free valet and that their tickets won't be accepted. A clear explanation would have saved the frustration. There was also an incident with my friends' bottle of water. They left it briefly on a plant pot near the valet area and were standing beside it, but when they turned around it was gone. Security barely took notice. The duty manager said that if an item like a water bottle is left unattended, anyone can take it, and that this was acceptable because it is a five-star hotel. I found that hard to understand. A five-star hotel should mean better service, security, and care for guests. A small problem is a chance for staff to show professionalism. In this case, that chance was missed.
