Nimesha at reception made a fantastic first impression, greeting me warmly and getting me checked in within five minutes. She was friendly, professional, efficient and clearly well trained. I hope there are more people like her in hospitality. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout. My Tesla was charged and ready whenever I needed it, thanks to the fast, helpful valet team. At checkout, Bish kindly helped with my luggage and was welcoming and professional too. I loved my stay, everything exceeded my expectations, and I’ll return with friends and family and recommend the hotel. Thanks for making it such a wonderful visit. See you again soon!

The pool had a great vibe and was really enjoyable. We didn’t get to try the food, though it looked very fine. The design is beautiful, and the team were warm and professional from the moment we arrived. Valet, front desk, breakfast and concierge all followed high Marriott standards. Bish was the real asset, with flawless service and a clear understanding of top class hospitality. I think he could do very well in a higher position. Vishnu and Uzair made check-in very good, and Chan, Audrey and another breakfast restaurant staff member, probably the manager, were all welcoming and attentive. Thanks for a memorable stay.

We spent one night at La Ville with our son, and my wife and he both loved it. Our apartment looked over the backyard and was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everyone on staff was polite, welcoming and helpful. The location made things easy, with restaurants and City Walk nearby, Jumeirah just a few minutes away and Downtown Dubai a short drive. The hot and cold shower technique is really relaxing, so give it a try. A special thanks to Ms. Abeer at reception, she was truly an angel to us and made the stay extra special.

Breakfast was a highlight, served from 6:30 AM until 3 PM, with good variety and relaxed timing. We had a one night getaway at La Ville Autograph Collection from March 25th to 26th, and the service was outstanding. Nimeshe welcomed us at check-in, and her kindness, professionalism and attention to detail stood out. She arranged a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room with a breathtaking Burj Khalifa view without us asking. Reception Manager Kareman also made us feel valued through genuine, proactive hospitality, and every interaction felt personal. The room was immaculate, the amenities top tier, and the hotel reflected the high standards of the Autograph Collection. I wholeheartedly recommend La Ville Autograph Collection and will stay again.
