I live here, and the views are amazing and the community is great. The building itself has some problems, though. The parking should be enclosed instead of having open walls. Glass panels could fix it, since cars get dusty and dirty quickly while parked there. The neighbors, Five Palm and Bohemia among them, bring a lot of music bass and noise. Sometimes it’s impossible to sleep without earplugs.

Deliveries have to go about 700m because, although there are entrances on both sides, security only lets you in from the T2 side to reach T1. Terrible management. Each order wastes 25 minutes at this tower.

From the upper floors, the view is amazing. The location is great too.

Getting out takes over an hour because of the traffic. And at 2am, I could hear trucks and loud banging from the construction opposite the building, which is going on 24/7. The building itself is beautiful, and the views are lovely, but that noise ruined it for me.
