It feels like an oasis among the skyscrapers: right in the heart of Downtown, yet still quiet. The location is handy for Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, the canal-side cycle path to Kite beach, about 20 minutes on a Careem bike, and countless hotels and restaurants. There are lovely palm-fringed pools, a handy supermarket, and a sports bar. The views of the New Year fireworks are great too.

Syrine living community feels removed from downtown once you’re inside, and it’s pet friendly.

The apartments can feel a little dark because the windows are small. It’s a pleasant low-rise community, with nice pools and landscaped areas, and Spinneys is easy to get to. There’s no gym included, though Fitness First is within walking distance.
