The recurring plumbing problems are still not properly fixed after almost 10 months, which has affected both living there and the unit’s investment value and rental potential. My experience with Binghatti has been disappointing as both an investor and an end user. The project handover was significantly later than the contractually communicated and committed date. The process itself felt poorly handled, with more attention on delivering units than properly resolving snagging and quality issues, and most concerns were dealt with superficially. They also cashed the handover cheque nearly 7 months before the actual handover date. Despite my repeated complaints and requests, the amount was never refunded or adjusted, leaving my money tied up for months without justification and keeping me from investing or benefiting from it. For a company that presents itself as a premium developer, the difference between the branding and my customer experience is massive. Buyers and investors should think carefully before committing unless customer care, accountability, construction quality, and after-sales support improve seriously.
