I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s dirty throughout, from stained walls and a dirty bedsheet to a grimy, smelly fridge and a dirty bathroom. The A/C and TV remotes were sticky, and the balcony was so bad I couldn’t stand there for even a minute. The hot water was far too hot and could burn your skin. The lift felt scary, cramped, and noisy, like it might crash at any moment. The surroundings aren’t good for families either. This hotel isn’t cheap, and you can find a better one for the same price. Don’t waste your money here. I picked one star just to post this, because it doesn’t deserve even that.

New Avon Hotel is a nice place to stay and the service is pretty decent. I like it, and I love Dubai. It’s a great city, and I’ll keep visiting.

The staff were good, but the rooms were pretty average. We found insects in ours, and the hotel didn’t provide basic things.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative. I’d recommend this place for people on business trips, though not for tourists.

A nice place with a good view. It’s one of the city’s good hotels for service and food.
