JLT is a clean, quiet area of Dubai, with an evening walking area and the DMCC Master community children play ground nearby. Taxis are available any time, and the metro station is about 100 meters away. In cluster P, I prefer Armadha tower. Armadha tower 2 and tower 3 have a hospitel available just 20 meters away, which is a big advantage for clients. There is also enjoyment hotel and bar 2buildings nearby, and opposite is marena beach botting.

This building is infested with cockroaches. I emailed management on Thursday morning about the ones in my apartment and got no reply. I emailed again Friday afternoon, still heard nothing, then went to reception to ask why. Security said the management offices were closed over the weekend, so I’d have to stay in those conditions until Monday. He gave me a management number that didn’t work, then called the building manager from his own phone. She said it was my fault for not making follow-up calls after emailing. Why send an email if I’m supposed to call too? She also said my Friday email wasn’t answered because the office closes at noon on Fridays. I was left with the problem until Monday. Then they began replying, asking for something signed by the landlord, followed by waits of over 24 hours for responses. It took 7 and a half days before pest control finally came.

Never buy or rent an office in Armada Tower. It’s the worst place for an office. The management is very bad, and I’ve never seen staff like this in my life. They only cause problems for customers instead of helping, and they speak to customers very badly.

A great atmosphere in a striking skyscraper. There are gyms, a swimming pool, supermarkets, and parking for outsiders. Carnival market and other events happen occasionally.
