Creek Harbour - Palace Residence 2309

Thea, who’s originally from Myanmar, made our afternoon at Palace Dubai Creek Harbour feel especially lovely. She was warm, patient, attentive, and genuinely caring, while staying completely professional. I’d like to thank her for her kindness and lovely manners. We dropped in spontaneously on a Sunday afternoon. The hotel was clean, elegant, and luxurious, and the afternoon tea area had a beautiful view that felt almost magical once the evening lights came on. I’d happily recommend it to friends and family, and I’ll definitely be back.

Nyi Nyi, Lakshika and her team made a real difference to my stay with their daily room service. The room was refreshed so thoroughly each day, with everything neatly arranged and every detail taken care of. Their consistency and personal attention stood out. Assem at reception was also kind, professional, helpful, and reassuring from the start, making things feel easy. The hotel is elegant without feeling overdone, very well maintained, calm, and comfortable. The staff I mentioned deserve recognition. They set a high standard and showed real care for the guest experience.

Shakil and Mohammad were welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout our restaurant visit, and made sure everything was right. The food and atmosphere were amazing too. We had a great time, and I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended.

The room and lobby had a modern look we really liked, and everything was very clean. Our balcony view gave us a much-needed break from busy Dubai. Paul and Yaseen were a big help with the luggage and made sure we had everything covered. Room service was spectacular too, with staff going the extra mile to meet our needs. Breakfast could use more variety at the buffet. Hot dishes were available on request, but the buffet felt geared toward Europeans, with cold meats and breads.
