The staff are always willing to help, and it’s a really peaceful place. One of Emaar’s best projects, in my opinion.

He made my day miserable. I came for my extra job, which I do as a hobby, and I’ve been to the building twice, so they already have my details. When I arrived, the security guard was on a call. I waited a few minutes, then left because he completely ignored me and didn’t seem to take me seriously. If I’d needed to stay, he could have reacted since he hadn’t started the call himself. Maybe he thinks I’m poor or short of money. He’s wrong. If he didn’t have my details from my client, he should have explained what was needed to the client, whether that was an email or something else. He could also have told me properly. There was no need to be rude. I work for a government company, so I know how a security guard should behave. Is the chubby man in this building’s security department the owner or something? 😂 There’s nothing surprising about his behavior. I know he’s Indian or Pakistani, and people like that have a habit of putting others down. Please think before hiring people like this.

I was going there for a visit, and the security person at Burj view tower B used abusive, very bad language with me. His name is Atif, and he is from Pakistan. Please, emaar, ask him why he spoke to me that way and take action. I’m counting on you to remove this person.

Living here is convenient, with a Carrefour on the first floor and amenities including a pool, gym, and medical facilities. It’s quiet and elegant, and Dubai Mall is close by. The location is excellent.
