I couldn’t be happier with my stay in this beautiful area. There are lots of restaurants and cafes, a private laguna beach and pool, and plenty of lovely sightseeing spots. I highly recommend the unit I stayed in, building name: lotus 1, unit 101. It was clean and cozy, with a home-like feel. The outdoor patio was 20 meters from the pool and another 15 meters from the gym. A supermarket and pharmacy were a 1 minute walk away. The location couldn’t be better, and the ceilings are as high as the penthouses in the area.

Everything is good, but delivery riders have a big problem. Bike parking is on one side, then it’s a 500 meter walk down to the open area. Why not let riders stop their bikes near the building for just 5 minutes during delivery?

Very disappointed about the parking. Why aren’t bike riders allowed to use the inside parking? There’s a 10 AED delivery charge and a 500 fine, even though a rider parks for only 5 or 10 minutes. Please provide one parking spot for bikes.
