Silkhaus Sky Gardens, DIFC Dubai

Customer service was poor, even though the woman at reception tried to help. The reception company and the booking service aren't connected, and nobody from the booking service is there in person. They only communicate through WhatsApp, so without internet you're stuck. There's no internet at reception either, and you have to rely on someone sharing their own hotspot. The worst part was being sent to a room that hadn't been cleaned. The place looked clean, but the service was poor.

As a delivery rider, I often end up waiting about 20 minutes at the service lift when there's an order for Sky Gardens. By the time I get to the customer, the food has gone cold. Please fix this, thanks 🙏👍

The checkout rules were a nasty surprise. The emails never clearly explained the 2-3 PM check-in or the 11:00 AM checkout, and I was only told less than 24 hours before checkout. They also try to charge a full extra day if you're even a little late, which feels unfair. The price shown when booking was completely different from what they asked me to pay. Customer service was slow, unprofessional and often rude. The poor communication and lack of transparency made this one of my worst accommodation experiences. I strongly advise people to avoid Silkhaus, especially families with children or babies. There are much more customer-friendly options.
