A budget place to sleep for the night, or somewhere to stay for business, but the experience feels like a one-star hotel. It does have a TV, mini fridge, closet, and nightstand, though there’s no hair dryer, microwave, or kettle. For that reason, I wouldn’t choose it for a family with kids. The rooms seemed just okay for cleanliness, and I spotted a cockroach problem. Keep your luggage closed so you don’t take any insect visitors home. There was also a strange chemical smell throughout, partly masked by a fragrance device, so bear that in mind if you have respiratory or other health issues. It’s in lively Deira, close to Al Seef, but not a good fit for tourists wanting a luxurious Dubai experience or easy access to more of downtown. It may suit solo travelers and couples.

The rooms are decent and spacious, but there’s no kettle. The in-house restaurant has very few choices, the menu changes daily, and you can’t place an order from the room phone.

The road noise kept me from sleeping peacefully, and the bed wasn't clean or comfortable. There were cockroaches all over the room and bathroom, the lobby smelled bad, and the air conditioner was covered in fungus. For the state of the hotel, I was charged too much.

The room interior was good for what we paid. I’d suggest it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay.

The staff were nice, but the floors smelled awful. We had rooms on the second and third floors. The second smelled of hot urine, and the third reeked of cigars so badly we could hardly breathe in the hallways. Cockroaches were running around the rooms, including on the walls and fridge.
