Tranquil Wellness Tower Hotel Apartments

I want to personally thank the hotel’s Yousef égyptien for the incredible support during our stay. We had a small issue, and yousef Egyptian dealt with it right away, with professionalism and kindness. Their quick response and care for customer satisfaction completely turned things around. That kind of leadership makes a big difference and shows how much guests are valued.

Rayane at the front office was amazing, so caring and helpful, and made the experience more meaningful. You’re lucky to have someone like him on the team! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. I thought I’d booked a single room, but instead I had a fully furnished appartment with two private bathrooms and a private balcony. Great hotel!

Many thanks to the housekeeping room attendants, Mr. Mintusk and Mr. Anil. They were consistently helpful, respectful, and hardworking, and their care, cleanliness, and attention to detail made my stay comfortable and pleasant. I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication. Outstanding hospitality!

We had some items missing when we moved, but the team found them and kept them for us. I’m super grateful! Everyone is so efficient and the service is amazing, especially supervisor Noman, who is incredibly helpful, and Mintu, our kind room attendant. The receptionists are very kind too. Their goal is to please their guests. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you enter, thanks to all the hardworking people. Highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the good work!
