I chose this room because the app showed a particular location, but after I finished booking, I was told on WhatsApp that it would actually be at a different one. That was misleading and inconvenient. I was also told there would be no refund, despite the location and service not matching what had been shown. The price I paid doesn't feel justified. Please review my complaint and offer a proper solution. Booking number 6894857035.

Please update the location information. I booked a room online, then when I got to the building, they told me it had been changed.

The room setup was wrong too: we paid for four double rooms and got two doubles and two singles. The sheets and towels hadn't been changed, and the air conditioning didn't work. The unit was filthy, and the landlord or caretaker was hard to find whenever we needed help. When they did answer, they were rude and unprofessional. There are only two elevators for the whole building, which made getting around a hassle. The caretakers were disrespectful and no help at all. A horrible experience, don't book here.

The room wasn't ready for me, so I had to clean it myself and sleep on dirty linen. The kitchen is in another apartment and shared by 20 people. Doing laundry was difficult too, since the machine was always in use.

For a short stay when you just need somewhere to sleep, Travelers Hotel Apartment is okay. The rooms are basic and can be less than clean, and there have been reports of bed bugs and flooding. The staff are friendly, but for the same price you can find better places in Dubai.
