Ms. Emalia at the front desk was kind and professional, and the way she welcomed me convinced me to stay one more day. Mr. Ian also gave me a warm reception and support. By the pool, Adeeb and Hassan were friendly and helpful. Thanks as well to Osman, Mandip, Sajith, and Roeny. The team clearly cares about guests, and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection that included vegan and gluten free choices. I didn't catch everyone's names, but I'm grateful to Chef Virgilio from the breakfast buffet and Amelie (?) at the front desk. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the room was spacious, clean, and had what I needed. The hotel had nice amenities too. I had a great staycation and would definitely recommend it and come back 🙌

Badri's support and generosity with a room upgrade made a big difference to our holiday, and we're grateful for his understanding. We also had warm, attentive service from Michelle at Maison Mathis, along with Denver, Hara, and Shifa, during our meals. Everyone has been so welcoming, and we're really enjoying our stay at Voco The Palm. We'll be here for the rest of the week and look forward to more time with the team. Thanks for making us feel at home, we'll recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The buffet has good quality food and a nice range of choices, and West Beach on the palm is only a short walk away. The hotel also has its own beach area with sun beds. Our room was very clean and well equipped, and Vikash did a great job cleaning it and was extremely friendly. Service has been very good, and they discounted the full board room package for people stranded as a result of the Iran conflict.
