Corniche Hotel Sharjah

Management refused to help after I accidentally booked the wrong dates, even though I contacted them immediately, referring to hotel policy. Keeping 2,358 AED without providing any service feels unprofessional and lacking in hospitality. This is especially disappointing for tourists visiting Sharjah for the first time. I have filed a formal complaint with the authorities to recover my rights. Anyone concerned about financial security and credibility should think twice before booking here, as the lack of flexibility makes the trip and money feel risky.

The room upgrade to a beautiful lagoon view was the highlight of my six-day stay at Corniche Hotel Sharjah, Al Majaz. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Ms. Dua at reception was especially wonderful, polite, kind, and extremely helpful. Her welcoming attitude made me feel at home. The location was perfect and the service was great, so I would definitely recommend this hotel in Sharjah.

The hotel is a short walk from restaurants, shops, and pleasant areas, and several open beaches are about a 15-minute drive away, although traffic can make it longer. The lake or city views are beautiful, with swimming pools visible on both sides of the hotel. There are also many ground-floor seating areas for meeting visitors or friends. We stayed 10 days, and everyone was friendly and helpful, from reception to room service. Rooms were cleaned every day, and the bedding and towels smelled nice. There are refrigerators in the rooms, though they may not appear in the website photos. Free Wi-Fi was excellent, and the free car park had plenty of spaces with easy access. A great choice for couples or families.

The location is perfect, right beside the water, with a beautiful view of the water dances that felt relaxing and scenic. Our room was comfortable, though the furniture looked somewhat old and could be updated for a 5-star hotel. We also had to request toothbrushes and tissues, but they were provided promptly. Ms. Doa at reception was professional and caring, and her excellent service made our stay special.
