The stay was a really bad experience. The bathrooms were dirty, and there were no basic essentials like soap, mini shampoo, or the other items usually offered by hotels and suites. It was expensive for what we got and literally not worth the price. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

This is only a hotel apartment, so don't expect the services you would normally get at a hotel. Our apartment wasn't clean, the staff seemed unprofessional, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the property.

The apartment was roomy and even had an automatic washing machine. Management and the clerks and workers were friendly, and the service was excellent.

The facilities were great, and there was so much to do that you could spend three hours sightseeing around the whole place. I went kayaking, banana boating, and tried other amazing activities too. The place was huge and made you feel like a king, with your own butler and everything. Definitely worth trying, probably the best hotel I’ve ever visited.

The staff treated us really well as guests, which made this a great place to stay. There are a few details about the facilities that could be improved, though.
